About Tosa Cares
Tosa Cares, Inc is a food pantry organized and operating in Wauwatosa by a group of volunteers from the community. Our mission is to work to serve our community by providing food and assistance to families in need. Tosa Cares was organized in 2008 to continue the work of the Tosa For Kids food pantry as a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. It is operated solely by volunteers who collect and distribute non-perishable food, personal care items, and clothing seven times a year.

Funding
Tosa Cares is supported by several churches, organizations, and businesses identified in our Community Partners list through contributions of money and/or items of food and clothing, or by providing a collection site for a food barrel.

Volunteers from several of these organizations have also contributed their time to sort, shelve, and pack food and clothing for distribution.

Monetary donations have been made by many individuals in the community as well as many individual donations for food, clothing, school supplies, and personal care items.
